LIMOUSINE SERVICE RATES
(all prices shown below do not include driver gratuity which is usually 20% of the cost of the run)

Metro Runs - Point A to Point B Transfers (one way - discount applied if you do a round trip)
(Includes Colorado Springs & Denver Interntaional Airports)

·         Colorado Springs Locations - $90 + driver gratuity

·         Colorado Springs to Denver/Castle Rock/Pueblo/Canon City - $215 + driver gratuity

Ride Downtown to a restaurant, a Night on the Town, or to the Colorado Springs or Denver International Airport to start your trip off right and save on parking. We promise a professional knowledgeable driver and a clean luxury car to provide a first class ride to your destination.

We provide up to a 15 minute grace period at pick-up before wait time charges apply ($75 per 1/2 hour + 20% gratuity). Point A to Point B Transfers do not include any additional stops (additional stops are $10 each).

**Not Available for Weddings...Why don't we do point to Point A to Point B runs (metro rates) for weddings?

Weddings often require extra time for photographs as well as car preperation and we want your experience with us to be as smooth and hassle free as possible on your special day. A point to point is just that we pick you up and drop you off. You may think you want this for your wedding but we and our customers have been burned before with the "simple half hour run" going over by an hour and costing everyone more. So we just don't book anyone's special day that way.

Hourly Service

·         $210 + drivers gratuity (1 hour of time)

·         $315 + drivers gratuity (2 hours of time)

·         $420 + drivers gratuity (3 hours of time)

·         $90 per hour + drivers gratuity (4 hours or longer)

Available for Weddings, Anniversaries, a Tour of the city, or just to “roll” around in style.  Make your event extra special with Red Carpet and Champagne for only $20 more.

Sporting Events & Concerts (round trip)

·         Colorado Springs Locations – $160 + drivers gratuity

·         Denver Locations – $415 + drivers gratuity

Heading to a sporting event or concert.  Let us get you there is style and safety.  You and your friends can party all the way there and back home again.

We provide a 15 minute grace period at initial pick-up and up to 30 minutes after the event ends before wait time charges apply at $75 + 20% gratuity per ½ hour.

This does not include any additional stops (additional stops are $10 each). Stops are a maximum of 10 minutes.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

$100.00 non-refundable deposit is required at time of reservation.

Remaining balance is due two weeks before the date of service.

We will not guarantee a reservation without a cash deposit or credit card deposit. Once your deposit is made you will receive a confirmation letter and contract for your approval.

Cancellations made 5 days before your scheduled date may be entitled to a refund minus deposit.

We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card & Discover.

Airport Information

We update all flight arrival times when a correct flight number or tail number is provided, but the update is only as reliable as the information we are provided by the Airline or passenger(s).

Colorado Springs AirportYou may request the driver to meet you at the bottom of the escalator at baggage claim or you may call the office at 719-634-8119 or the driver’s cell phone that you were provided, and the driver will then meet you outside at the first island.

Denver International Airport - Due to Restrictions, Denver International Airport does not allow any chauffeurs to meet their clients at the baggage claim area. We are allowed to provide curbside assistance on the baggage claim level, (Level 5, Island #1) and we are only allowed to wait up to 10 minutes. Keeping this in mind, if you follow these easy steps, they will make this process virtually painless. Once your plane arrives at the gate, you will proceed to the train taking you the main terminal (baggage claim) where you have the following options to assist you in dispatching your vehicle to the baggage claim level, which in turn will greatly reduce your wait time outside of the airport terminal.

1.       If your luggage has been checked, proceed to the appropriate baggage carousel listed on your travel documents given by the airline. After you have collected your baggage, call DDG Classic Limousines at 719-634-8119 or the driver’s cell phone that you were provided, to inform the dispatcher of your current status. The dispatcher will then direct the driver to the door shown in the diagram below. This process will take approximately 10 min for the vehicle to arrive at the door specified on the diagram. Example: Carousel 16 - Door 506.

2.      If you only have carry-on luggage, call DDG Classic Limousines at 719-634-8119 or the driver’s cell phone that you were provided, before taking the train to the main terminal. The dispatcher will direct you to the appropriate door when you arrive at the main terminal. Your car will be staged and there should be no wait time incurred.

3.      You do not have a cell phone or do not wish to stop and make a phone call? No problem. Once you have arrived at the main terminal, proceed to the baggage claim area and collect your luggage. Proceed outside to the limo or Taxi kiosk on the first island and inform the attendant that you have a car reserved with DDG Classic Limousine. The attendant will radio the "Holding Lot" and they will release the vehicle to come to Level 5 to pick you up. This process takes between 5-10 minutes depending on traffic.

Flight Delays - We will charge $40.00 per hour standby rate if a plane is more than 30 minutes late and we were not contacted prior to departing to the airport to greet you. (Colorado Springs Airport – 30 minutes before original arrival time.  Denver International Airport – 2 hours before original arrival time)

No Shows - On all airport arrival reservations you will be considered a no-show after 45 minutes (60 minutes for International Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) past your flights arrival time. If you have not met your Chauffeur or contacted DDG Classic Limousines Inc by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation. To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting DDG Classic Limousine Inc at 719-634-8119.

Additional Stops - Requests for additional stop(s) on Airport Transfers will be charged $10.00/stop. Stops are a maximum of 10 minutes.

Service quotations are complete with no hidden fees or charges. All quotations include chauffeurs hourly, but gratuity is up to you, the industry standard gratuity for service is 20%. You can put gratuity on your credit card at time of payment.We understand that every run is unique and circumstances vary, so we retain a certain amount of flexibility in our pricing.

The Fine Print...

The vehicle(s) that you reserve is/are the vehicle(s) that will provide your service - We do not overbook and/or switch vehicles without informing the client (ddg Classics reserves the right to substitute cars, if necessary due to mechanical difficulties). We always provide chilled bottled water and if you have any special requests we always do our best to accommodate them.

Since every run is its own unique occasion we are able to modify our rates to fit your specific needs.
